1st Saturday Show Vendor Set-Up begins Friday evening at 6:00 PM.
3rd Saturday Show Vendor Set-Up begins Saturday morning 6:00 AM. Shoppers are permitted in the Vendor area at 8am.
Spaces are standard commercial parking spaces. They measure approximately 8.5 feet wide and 16 feet long.
Rental rate for 1st & 3rd Saturday: $35 per standard interior space. $50 for end spaces with extra room.
Lights: the vendor area is lighted by overhead lights, so you do not need additional lighting.
Note: Shared Electricity is available for demonstrating electronic equipment ONLY. This is available in most locations for a fee of $10. Dedicated Electrical Power is available for $25.
Tables and Chairs are not provided at this time. Tables (6 ft. X 30 in.) are available for rent, at $10 each.
Tents are not needed for protection from rain - The vendor area is covered.

All types of merchants operate at the SideWalk Sale on First Saturday. Retailers, wholesalers, liquidators, and manufacturers to name a few, but casual sellers (guys cleaning out their garage, workroom, or office computer burial grounds) usually take up about half the vendor spaces.
Selling at the SideWalk Sale can be a lot of work but also a lot of fun! The shoppers are pleasant and knowledgeable and since everyone expects to find bargains on First Saturday at the SideWalk Sale, you can expect to be offered less than the asking price.
Rates charged for vendor spaces at the West End location are $35 for a standard space and there are several "end-cap" spaces which range from $15 to $50, depending on size and location.
Vendors are required to park within the marked lines of their designated spaces. There is little tolerance for encroaching on someone else's space!!
Electrical power FOR TESTING AND DEMONSTRATING COMPUTERS ONLY is available at most locations for $10. If you choose to bring your own generator, be sure it is "environmentally friendly"... Clean and QUIET!
Regarding noise...Please don't play continuous loud music and games to demo your equipment at the SideWalk Sale. Bullhorns are an unpleasant distraction to everyone. Use bullhorns for selective broadcasts only...not continuous drivel.
A few vendors begin setting up their merchandise as early as 6 pm on Friday evening and continue arriving throughout the night. Vendor spaces are first-come-first-served unless reservations are made in advance.
Peak selling times are from 10pm Friday until 3am Saturday and then 6am to noon on Saturday.
Sellers begin to pack up after 11am and by 2pm mostly all sellers are gone.
